'NavDunia' to be launched soon at Bhopal

Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh based publication house NaiDunia Media Pvt. Ltd. formerly NaiDunia News & Network Pvt. Ltd., publisher of popular Hindi daily ‘NaiDunia’, is all set to launch its new Hindi daily at Bhopal in name of “NavDunia”.

“NavDunia is a product focused on Bhopal and marks a strategic entry of the Group in capital. We decided to launch our daily in name of “NavDunia” which sounds like NaiDunia and has a similar meaning too. NavDunia will bring the highly solicited novelty to the media industry in Bhopal. It will carry a new perspective, a new hope and new delight to the readers” says exulted Vinay Chhajlani, CEO & Director, NaiDunia Media Pvt. Ltd.

“After a series of surveys carried out to find what exactly the readers want, we strategized our editorial and marketing objectives to penetrate the masses and satiate their quest for the truth. NaiDunia carries a legacy of value based journalism and it will reflect in NavDunia also with a flavor of the ‘Nai Dunia’. We have set up our own printing facility at Govidpura, Bhopal with state-of-the-art machines and processing systems. We promise to provide a very up market product and are confident that our content will hook on the reader”, added determined Chhajlani.

“In Bhopal City, NavDunia will have 20 pages daily with 16 color pages including four pages pull-out ‘Bhopal City’. NavDunia will also circulate in nearby Vidisha, Sagar, Raisen, Sehore, Hoshangabad, Harda, Betul districts of Madhya Pradesh. NavDunia will introduce two fortnightly magazines- ‘Spectrum’ for kids and ‘Sehat’ for the health conscious, which are already popular in NaiDunia circulation area, apart from weekly supplements like Nayika, Glamour Dunia and Tarang. Priced reasonably at Rs.1.50/- daily, NavDunia is eyeing for No.2 slot from day one”, informs Vineet Sethia, Director, NaiDunia Media Pvt. Ltd.

Plans are to promote NavDunia through a multimedia campaign. “With a heavy promotion strategy, NavDunia is expected to catch the eye of readers at Bhopal soon. We are targeting a circulation of 1, 50,000 copies in first quarter after the launch”, explains Sethia.

NaiDunia presently has five editions across Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh at Indore, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Raipur and Bilaspur. The 60 years old publication house has re-evolved in past two years and is one the fastest expanding Media houses of the country. NaiDunia and NavDunia will soon venture out in other states of the Hindi belt.
