Nai Dunia to launch its Bilaspur edition on February 7
Hindi daily, Nai Dunia, is out to complete its presence in Chhattisgarh with the launch of its Bilaspur edition. The paper is slated for launch on February 7, 2007. Vineet Sethia, Director, Nai Dunia, said, “We want to complete our footprint in Chhattisgarh state. It will be incomplete without the Bilaspur edition. Going by the overwhelming response that we got for our Raipur edition and the rate at which we are growing, I am very confident that we will do wonders for our Bilaspur edition as well.” Nai Dunia will be catering to around five districts with its Bilaspur edition. The coverage will happen within two months of the launch. Sethia, however, refused to divulge the price of the paper. As far as the content is concerned, the paper will be carrying around 20 pages, out of which four pages would be devoted to Bilaspur city, while the rest will have a mix of national news, state level news, etc. At present, Bilaspur has two papers – Dainik Bhaskar and Nava Bharat.
